Welcome to our blog about our annual camping trip to the Shady Shack campground, located in Mouth of Wilson, Virginia. What started as Mitchell Morton and a few of his buddies getting together one weekend has turned into an annual EVENT that many friends, old and new, now look forward to every year!

Is the campground still open? We used to go there years ago. I remember Mr Halsey coming around collecting site payments!
Is Shady Shack CG still open? We would love to visit in 2022.
